 What
is TeamKID?
TeamKID
is a fun, high-energy, recreation-based discipleship
club for children in grades 1-6. There are
now nearly 7,000 TeamKID registered clubs,
representing every state in the United States.
TeamKID clubs also are in at least 9 other
countries.
There
are six parts of a TeamKID meeting, with each
one flowing into the nex t
to keep the pace moving with non-stop energy:
WARM-UP
- During this time Team members will be introduced
in a fun way to some of the learning that
lies ahead.
WORKOUT
-
Hearing or experiencing a Bible story, learning
a Bible verse, and praying are always part
of WORKOUT
REACH
OUT
- Each week children will either learn about
missions or do a mission action project.
STRETCHING
- At this time, Team members will participate
in fun activities that will help them learn
the Bible verse and say it aloud from memory.
THE
TOURNAMENT -
Games and other activities will be used to
further teach and to apply the Bible truths
that have been presented.
COOL
DOWN
- Before dismissing Team members enjoy refreshments
and refocus on what they learned in the meeting.

is designed for children to do more than memorize
Scripture. The games, Bible story, memory
 verse,
refreshments, and conclusion all contribute
to help children understand and apply God's
Word to their lives.
